Having just returned from another fantastic photo shoot in the Appalachian region of North Carolina I thought that I would share a few of the most recent pictures. Contrary to the weatherman's doomsday forecast for last week the sun shone almost every day. The warm days and the cool nights contributed to the heavy morning mist that makes for more dramatic photography.

The high-country of northwestern North Carolina is one of my favorite destinations in all four seasons. The local people are warm and inviting. I hope you enjoy my photographs.
